
Mr. Borrelli joined Churchill Financial from PHH Mortgage in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. At PHH Mortgage, Mr. Borrelli was a Director of Internal Audit performing Sarbanes-Oxley audits of internal controls over financial reporting. Prior to PHH Mortgage, Mr. Borrelli was Vice President of Loan Operations for Independence Community Bank (ICB). Previously, Mr. Borrelli spent 23 years at IBJ Whitehall Bank and Trust Co. in New York where he was a Vice President responsible for Loan and Treasury Operations.

Mr. Clifford joined Churchill Financial from Comerica Bank where he was Senior Vice President and Group Head of the Leveraged Finance Practice. From 1999 to 2004, he served as Managing Director for FleetBoston's Financial Sponsor group (now Bank of America), where he originated and structured leveraged financings and M&A activities, including cash flow and asset-based loans along with junior capital such as mezzanine and high-yield debt. Prior to FleetBoston, Mr. Clifford was a Director with BankBoston's middle market financing group. He began his career at Bank of New England.

Mr. Cox joined Churchill Financial from GE Commercial Finance in New York. During his nine years at GE Commercial Finance, Mr. Cox held various Risk Management roles within the Corporate Lending business focusing on transactions in the middle market space. He most recently held the position of Chief Risk Officer for the New York Intermediary Group. He began his lending career with GE Commercial Finance in Stamford, Connecticut. Prior to joining GE Commercial Finance, Chris worked at Morgan Stanley, Arthur Andersen and Gibbs & Cox, Inc.

Ms. Davidson joined Churchill Financial from GE Antares Capital in Chicago. Upon completion of that program, she held two finance roles, the final being a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Mr. Herr joined Churchill Financial from GE/Antares in New York. During his eight years at GE, Mr. Herr had business development responsibilities in the Global Sponsor Finance (“GSF”) Group. Prior to GE, Mr. Herr worked at Transamerica and Chrysler Capital.

Mr. Hull joined Churchill Financial from LaSalle Bank in Chicago, where he was responsible for structuring, underwriting, and documentation of middle market transactions. Prior to LaSalle, Mr. Hull worked at GE Capital in a portfolio and underwriting role in their Corporate Lending Group where he was responsible for structuring, underwriting, documentation and management of middle market transactions.

Mr. McKeever joined Churchill Financial from Comerica Bank where he was responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing leveraged debt financings. At Comerica, he was instrumental in helping start the Leverage Finance Practice focused on cash flow lending to sponsor backed middle market companies. Prior to Comerica, he was a Trader/Analyst in the secondary mortgage market at Boston Federal.

Mr. Montague joined Churchill Financial from GE Commercial Finance in New York. Mr. Murray joined Churchill Financial from GE Corporate Financial Services in Chicago where he was a Managing Director in the Global Sponsor Finance Group. While at GE, Mr. Murray was responsible for originating and structuring cashflow and asset based leveraged financings including senior and second lien debt, mezzanine, high yield and equity co-investments for Midwest and West Coast based private equity sponsors. Prior to GE, Mr. Murray spent 15 years at Bank One and its predecessor organizations, First Chicago and NBD Bank.

Ms. Nelson joined Churchill Financial from Merrill Lynch Capital's Corporate Finance Group, where she was responsible for structuring and executing middle market leveraged cash flow and ABL transactions and portfolio management. Prior to that, Ms. Nelson was an Associate in Houlihan Lokey's Financial Restructuring Group, providing financial advisory and investment banking services for distressed companies and their constituencies. She began her career in public accounting in the audit group at KPMG.

Mr. Parry joined Churchill Financial from ViaFinance Group in Washington, D.C. where he was responsible for structuring complex asset-based transactions focused in the areas of litigation, legal fee monetization and law firm lending. Before joining ViaFinance, he worked as an investment analyst and sales associate for a national Commercial Real Estate Investment Brokerage.

Prior to Banco Espanol De Credito, Mr. Reyes spent 21 years at IBJ Whithall Bank & Trust Company in New York where he was a Vice President responsible for Loan Operations and the Letter of Credit Department.
Ms. Roy joined Churchill Financial from WestLB’s Leveraged Finance Group focused on middle market media and entertainment companies. In the past two years, Ms. Roy was responsible for transaction execution, due diligence, credit analysis and financial modeling. Prior to WestLB, Ms. Roy was Senior Research Analyst with Excalibur Advisors LLC, an alternative investment management firm. At Excalibur Advisors, she performed quantitative research on hedge funds and conducted due diligence on hedge fund managers. She began her career as an Analyst in the Equity Research Group at Asian Markets Securities Ltd. in Bombay, India.

Mr. Wieczorek joined Churchill Financial from Praesidian Capital, where he was involved in the origination, structuring, execution and monitoring of mezzanine debt investments. He has eight years of middle market lending, principal investing and investment banking experience. Earlier, he worked as a consultant for two private equity firms and held positions at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin and The Avalon Group, where he completed principal investments and a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and private placements of debt and equity.

Mr. Wilder joined Churchill Financial in May 2007 as its Managing Director and Head of the firm's Chicago office. Prior to joining Churchill, Mr. Wilder held a number of positions for GE's Commercial Finance's Global Sponsor Group, including as the Senior Managing Director responsible for all West Coast sponsor activity and as a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Asset Quality area. He also has held a series of senior positions at Heller Financial from 1985 to 2001.

Arminda joined Churchill Financial from PNC Bank where she was responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and monitoring of middle market leveraged loans. In addition to loan origination, structuring and portfolio management, she has also managed private equity fund investments. She also held credit approval positions for middle market and large corporate borrowers at PNC. Arminda's 20 years experience in leverage lending also includes helping to start the Barclays Leveraged Finance Group in the mid-90's and being an original member of the Barclays Mezzanine Group and the Special Transactions Group which provided review of all leveraged loans.

Mr. Zmijeski joined Churchill Financial after spending the past three years at Capital Source Finance in New York where he was responsible for originating and structuring debt financing opportunities for middle market private equity firms. Prior to this time, Mr. Zmijeski spent seven years with ING in Atlanta and New York as part of their Banking and Corporate Finance Advisory Group.
